Material:  copy of the book, study guide, access to computers

Lesson:  students will orally read chapters 9 & 10 and complete study guide and participate in class discussion.

Students will make a “Tuff” poster in Microsoft Word.  They will insert pictures of things that they believe are “tuff” (in other words, things that are “cool”).  They will be given a total of 45 minutes to complete this task.  This goes with the essential question “How does the author get you to believe in standing up for what you believe, even if those around you don’t agree with you.”
